this site is run by someone who does not know the first thing about the country of lithuania, her people or her tongue but will do its best to bring justice to the small baltic country.
do you see this 100% authentic lithuanian product of cuisine? it's called cepelinai and it's lithuania's national dish. it literally translates to 'zeppelin' and are skinned potatoes stuffed with cheese, vegetables or minced meat. it's often eaten with sour cream, onions or mushrooms
